I recently got a press pass to one of the hottest concerts this summer in Minneapolis, Rock the Garden. Hosted by Minnesota Public Radio's, 89.3 the current, it brought four great acts, and thousands of people for a great summer show in an amazing setting, with a festival like atmosphere. It was such an amazing time, I am pleased to share with you some of my favorite shots from this event.
This girl was nice enough to model for me. Her dress matched the colors perfectly!
I was amazed by how many stylish sunglasses there were. Apparently, sunglasses are IN!
Someone was showing their support for The Current on their messenger bag as well as their long time crush, Molly Ringwald.
Solid Gold was definitely the biggest surprise to me It was the first time I heard them and I've been bumping "Bible Thumper" ever since

Calexico added a bit of Latin heat to the day.
Gotta love how that Latin flavor just makes you wanna dance!
The final act was the Decemberists. Although they were the "headliners" I would not say they were better or worse than any of the other performers on this awesome summer day.Stay tuned to this site, for more detailed coverage.
